Collaboration with Orchestra Iowa's Children's Discovery Choir: The Silhouettes, Inc., Golden Buzzer Act on America's Got Talent The Champions under the direction of Cedar Rapids native, Lynne Waggoner-Patton, is bringing her award- winning shadow theatre company to the Paramount Theatre. This special matinee performance on October 19th, will combine magical story-telling and the voices of Cedar Rapids children performing together to bring tears, laughter and love to the hearts and minds of everyone in the audience. Amy Hanisch, the Director of Orchestra Iowa's Discovery Choir, is joining forces with her former college classmate, Lynne Waggoner-Patton, to give children a chance to shine on stage. They have joined forces before since 1986 and plan to bring goose-bumps, tears and joy to the October 19^th LOVE HAPPENS show.

THE SILHOUETTES, GOLDEN BUZZER ACT ON AMERICA'S GOT TALENT brings light, laughter and love to the stage in the family-friendly performance of LOVE HAPPENS. The world's premier shadowdance company, who placed 1st Runner-Up on America's Got Talent season 6 and won the Golden Buzzer on America's Got Talent The Champions 2020 will mesmerize audiences of all ages with powerful, inspirational and heart-felt storytelling. LOVE HAPPENS is a journey of the many types of loves; love of friendship, family, animals, chocolate and more. Join the magic to experience The Silhouettes and find out why America's Got Talent judges consider them to be one of the most amazing acts they have ever seen on the AGT stage!

About The Silhouettes:

The Silhouettes®, 1st runner-up on America's Got Talent season 6 in 2011, guest artists on NBC's AGT Holiday Spectacular 2016, guest artists on AGT's Season Finale 2016, Golden Buzzer winner's on America’s Got Talent The Champions 2020 and currently performing in the AGT SUPERSTARS LIVE AT THE LUXOR in Las Vegas, Nevada USA residency show, is a shadow-dance company created and directed by Lynne Waggoner-Patton.

They train, film and perform in Westminster, Colorado and their mission is to help children in need, Veterans with PTSD and to offer hope and inspiration to the world. They have helped raise millions by creating custom shadowdance performances.

The Silhouettes recently completed several music videos including collaborations with AGT act Voices Of Service. The Golden Buzzer cast is featured in an Emmy nominated documentary film called “SAME COLOR SHADOW” worldwide, healing the divide of racism through the arts. The Silhouettes® plan to use the gifts they have been given to reach out to children of all ages, continuing to spread light and love worldwide and change the world one shadow at a time!
