Operations and Custodial Manager

VenuWorks of Cedar Rapids is seeking a full time profession for the position of Operations and Custodial Manager. This salaried management position will supervise and coordinate the planning, oversight, evaluation and operational needs of all events and workers engaged in converting facilities to accommodate ongoing building event load, custodial services, maintenance, preventative equipment maintenance and repair plans, development and coordination of service contracts and projects across four venues including the Alliant Energy PowerHouse, the Paramount Theatre, the ImOn Ice Arena and the McGrath Amphitheatre. VenuWorks operates in a dynamic environment in hosting premier national entertainment in these venues, and this position may be required to work assigned events taking place in the evenings and weekends.

Benefits, 401K retirement plan and insurance offered. Salary will be based upon work experience and education. Qualifications: Bachelor degree from a four-year college or university in sports management, marketing, communications or related fields; or at least two years related experience and/or training in any aforementioned field.
