We strive to give our guests a positive experience when they attend events at the Alliant Energy PowerHouse. The Guest Service desk is located on the south concourse between both Skywalk entrances. The guest services desk is staffed during most ticketed events and we look forward to helping you with any questions you may have during your visit.
